At Family Survival, we want you to feel completely at home with everything you buy from us.
The 60-day promise. If, within 60 days of your purchase, you decide the Almanac (or anything we sell) isn't right for you, write to us at and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no exit survey. You keep the book. You keep the workbook. You keep all four bonuses.
How to request a refund. Email from the address you used to buy. Include your order number if you have it. We process refunds within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
Why we do this. Our products are digital, which means once you download them, the files are yours forever — we can't pull them back. We trust you. If the Almanac doesn't earn its place on your shelf, you shouldn't be out the money.
After 60 days. Refund requests after the 60-day window are reviewed case by case. We generally honor any reasonable request — write to us.
