Terms of service
These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from Family Survival ("we," "us," "our") at familysurvival.org.
The product. We sell digital products — PDFs, audio files, and printable materials — delivered as an instant download immediately after purchase. No physical product is shipped.
License. When you buy a digital product from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that product for yourself and your immediate household. You may print pages and chapters for your own family's use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or republish the files in whole or in part.
Delivery. Digital products are delivered automatically by email immediately after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then write to and we will send your files manually.
Refunds. See our Refund Policy — 60 days, money back, you keep everything.
Disclaimers. The Almanac and related materials are educational, not medical or professional advice. The Apothecary section in particular contains traditional home remedies; consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any preparation on yourself, your children, or anyone with a known allergy or medical condition.
Intellectual property. All content — the Almanac, the Kids' Workbook, audio companions, calendars, and bonus PDFs — is © Chloe Wilson and Family Survival. All rights reserved. Reproduction in any form without written permission is prohibited.
Pricing. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Once you've purchased a product at a given price, you keep that purchase regardless of future price changes.
Liability. We provide our products "as is." Family Survival is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our materials beyond the purchase price you paid.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of [Florida], USA. Any dispute will be resolved in [Florida] courts.
